Before founding Thinkbiz, Archit led Finance & Legal operations at Tradex Software India and served as India Finance Head at Bluecore Inc. (USA) for four years — overseeing financial reporting, treasury, and cross-border regulatory matters for a US-headquartered omni-channel marketing firm. Earlier, he managed the full finance function at IgniteWorld (P) Ltd., a marquee joint venture backed by Bharti, Softbank, and Yahoo Japan, building deep exposure to complex corporate structures and high-growth environments.

Archit has been a trusted advisor through multiple funding rounds for portfolio companies including DevDham, F5 Beverages, CityMall, and TradeX Markets — and serves on boards as an Independent Director, providing independent financial oversight, valuation credibility for M&A and ESOP decisions, and proactive regulatory compliance across Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, Income Tax, and GST. He is a Visiting Faculty at the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICSI.

Preeti Porwal is a qualified Company Secretary and Partner at Thinkbiz Professional LLP, with over a decade of experience in corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance. She brings a strong foundation in legal and secretarial advisory, with deep expertise in ROC filings, NCLT matters, board governance and compliance frameworks.

Preeti has served as an Independent Director on the boards of several reputed corporate houses, contributing to policy formulation, committee governance, and statutory record management. Her exposure to board-level governance structures enables her to effectively guide organizations on all aspects of secretarial compliance, from MCA filings to shareholder agreements.

She has worked with leading professional firms and corporates including Dass Gupta & Associates, Zynke Exports Pvt. Ltd., Lufthansa Group, and Techjockey Group — building deep exposure to compliance systems across sectors.

Naveen Madhwal is a qualified Company Secretary and IICA-certified Independent Director with over two decades of experience spanning corporate finance, taxation, and regulatory compliance. His career includes senior roles in the finance teams of two of India's largest telecom corporations — Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio — where he developed deep expertise in large-scale financial operations, statutory compliance, and internal governance frameworks.

Naveen specialises in direct and indirect tax advisory, with a strong track record of handling Income Tax and GST assessments and representing clients before revenue authorities. His ability to navigate complex tax disputes and regulatory proceedings has made him a trusted advisor to businesses managing multi-jurisdictional compliance obligations.

Beyond his practice, Naveen is an active contributor to the Company Secretary profession, having served on various committees of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICSI. His blend of large-corporate finance experience and deep regulatory knowledge brings a rare institutional perspective to the Thinkbiz team.
